I run the Analyze, Sustainability, and Customer Experience product lines at FarEye — evolving a last-mile logistics platform from passive reporting into AI-assisted decision support.

I ship the whole way down: strategy and roadmaps, but also the Figma files, the working prototypes, and the SQL behind the metrics.

Outside work I run a homelab, build and operate production apps for real clients, and write about the process.
